Are you experiencing issues with your VanMoof e-bike but unsure of the cause? Other shops or service centres may suggest a costly replacement, but many problems can be resolved through repair, saving you significant money. Our specialised Battery and BMS Fault Diagnosis Service is here to help. If your bike isn’t charging, displaying error codes, or performing unpredictably, we’ll thoroughly investigate the issue. Our team will analyse your battery and Battery Management System to uncover hidden faults and provide a detailed report of the problem. If you’re unsure which service you require, please contact us for guidance.
If, after testing the existing fuse, we find that the issue lies elsewhere, we will charge a diagnostic fee of £29.99. We will then contact you with a quote to repair your unit.
If you do not wish to undergo these repairs, we will give you a report of the issues found, return your battery, and refund the remaining £40.00.
If you wish to proceed with the new repair, the diagnostic fee is waived.
If the new repair cost is higher, we will send you a custom order invoice, which requires payment before any work is carried out.
Warranty
All repairs provided include a 90-day warranty as standard! If the fuse fails within 90 days of installation, we will pay for shipping to and from our warehouse and repair the failed component.
