We specialize in diagnosing and repairing e-bike batteries and Battery Management Systems (BMS) issues. Our services include thorough Battery/BMS Diagnosis and BMS Fuse Replacement, which aim to restore your bike's performance efficiently. We hope to expand our services in due course.
How does your diagnostic process work?
Our diagnostic process comprehensively evaluates your e-bike's battery and BMS. We use advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately, ensuring we can provide the most effective repair solutions.
What happens after I place my order?
We will immediately contact you with shipping and packing information and the next steps. The customer must arrange and pay for shipping to the warehouse. Once the repair or diagnostics have been carried out, shipping to your address is included in the price of the package. We hope to streamline this process in the future.
What is your warranty policy on repairs?
We offer a 90-day warranty on all our repair services. This warranty covers any issues related to the repairs performed, ensuring that your e-bike operates optimally after our service. All shipping is included for warranty repairs.
Warranty repairs will not be carried out if there is evidence of accidental or water damage.
What will happen if I purchase the incorrect service?
If, after testing the component purchased, we find that the issue lies elsewhere, we will issue a repair report detailing the work that needs to be carried out. If the cost of this repair is the same as the one paid for, and the customer agrees to the new service, we will carry out the repair immediately and with no additional charge.
If you do not wish to proceed with the new repair, we will refund the original payment method for the service minus a £29.99 diagnostic service fee.
If the new repair cost is higher, we will send you a custom order invoice, which requires payment before any work is carried out.
Which service should I purchase if I'm unsure what I need?
If you are unsure which service you need, please purchase our Diagnostic service for the component you are having issues with. If we deem the element repairable, we will issue an invoice with the diagnostic fee taken off the total amount.
What should I do if my e-bike battery is not functioning properly?
If you experience issues with your e-bike battery, we recommend contacting us for a diagnostic appointment. Early diagnosis can prevent further damage and potentially save costs associated with more extensive repairs.
Are your repair services cost-effective?

What happens if you cannot diagnose or repair my device?
If we are unable to diagnose or repair your device, we offer a money-back guarantee on our diagnostic services, excluding any shipping costs incurred. This policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
How can I initiate a return for a service?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
