If your VanMoof smart cartridge is unresponsive, not powering up properly, or showing signs of battery-related failure, this service is designed to diagnose the fault and recover the cartridge where possible.
A common issue with these cartridges is a deeply discharged internal battery, which can prevent the unit from waking up or functioning correctly. This service includes full diagnostic assessment along with internal battery recovery charging where appropriate.
